Tracked & Insured Delivery: All orders include fully tracked and insured shipping, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK: 10–14 business days
  • Free delivery on UK orders over £45. Tracked shipping included.
  • Europe: 8-18 business days
  • International: 8-18 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment Delays : Occasional delays may occur due to customs or high seasonal demand. However, over 90% of orders arrive within the estimated delivery window.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Most orders will not incur additional customs charges. However, in rare cases where fees apply, they are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
